What we may do
If you break this policy, we may warn you, remove content, suspend your access or end your account, depending on how serious it is and whether it could harm others or the service. We may act straight away and without notice where the risk is serious or urgent, and we will otherwise give notice where we can, as the Terms of Service describe. We may investigate suspected breaches, and give information to the authorities and to affected parties where the law allows.
Reporting a problem
If you think someone is misusing Harvora, or you find a security weakness, email support@harvora.co.nz. We welcome responsible reports and will not take action against anyone who reports a weakness in good faith, without accessing more data than needed and without disrupting the service.
