This notice explains the cookies, browser storage and measurement Harvora uses on the Harvora app and on our public website at harvora.co.nz. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information more broadly.

The Harvora app

• (a) Essential cookies and storage. We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to run your session securely. They are set by our sign-in system, which uses Amazon Cognito. The app does not work without them, so we do not ask for consent.
• (b) No advertising. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share browsing data for advertising.
• (c) No third-party analytics. We do not run third-party product analytics in the app, apart from the error and performance telemetry described below.
• (d) Error and performance telemetry. Where enabled, Better Stack browser telemetry records errors, performance and session interactions to detect faults and keep the service secure. It is not used for advertising.

The public website

• (a) Attribution record. When you first arrive, we may keep a short record in your browser's session storage with the landing page, a broad source category, permitted campaign labels and the arrival time. It does not use a visitor ID or cookies, excludes account or orchard identifiers, full referrer addresses and precise location, and is ignored after 24 hours or when the browser tab closes.
• (b) Enquiries. If you send an enquiry, we use your name, email address, organisation and message to respond. Contact details are not copied into analytics. We keep only a qualified enquiry event with the broad attribution above, for up to 24 months. Rejected enquiries are not kept in measurement records.
• (c) Bookings. If you book a call through Cal.com, Cal.com processes your booking details under its own terms. We count a booking only after we receive a verified completed-booking notification.
• (d) Search and citation measurement. We keep authorised, aggregated measurements of how the website performs in search and in AI answers, for up to 36 months. They contain no personal information about visitors.
• (e) Error telemetry. Where enabled, Better Stack records errors and performance. It is minimised and not used for advertising.

Your choices

• (a) Block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser settings. The app may stop working without essential cookies.
• (b) Close the browser tab to clear the website attribution record.
• (c) Tell us at privacy@harvora.co.nz if you want to see, correct or remove any enquiry information we hold about you.

Changes

If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this notice first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
